1) Print this page, fill out the included form by Pen and mail back to LIBBA PO Address included with membership fee

2) Launch and print the included PDF (portable data file), fill out the form by pen and mail back to LIBBA PO Address included with membership fee

3)Fill out the below included electronic form, press submit (Bea will receive as email) then please do one of the following;
3a) snail mail membership dues to LIBBA PO Address included or
3b) Use PayPal to pay Your dues

The 'Online Membership Form and PayPal processes are 2 individual processes which we request you execute separately.
After inputting and submitting the online form option from the Membership Page, [Left Navigation, hover over 'Registration' then hover over 'New Membership' then single click on New Membership or Renewal Membership], you will see the Paypal/Paynow options.
On this page, [on the left side under navigation hyper links], you should see the LIBBA Logo on top of membership payment amount options one below another. Please choose the appropriate 'PayPal/Pay Now' graphic representing the type or value of membership you would like to pay for.
Upon your clicking on any of the paypal options, you will be sent to a Paypal secure session to make your online payment.
