MONTHLY BOARD MEETING MINUTES - DECEMBER 9, 2010
1. Meeting called
to order: 8:00PM
2. Pledge of
Allegiance, moment of silence for our troops.
3. Roll Call.
4. MINUTES: The
minutes from Novembers meeting were read by all. A motion was then made,
seconded and passed to accept them.
5. PRESIDENT’S
REPORT: Billy said tonight he wanted to talk about Operation Holiday
Spirit. We were informed the next meeting for OHS will be December 19th,
at 11AM. Jerry told us all toy drop off locations were covered.
Billy told us
that both he and Nancy were scheduled for surgeries next month, but he expects
to make the next meeting.
Billy also wished
us all a Merry Christmas and thanked us for our service to LIBBA. He also
mentioned what an outstanding job John Marsillo did on the Newsletter, to which
we all agreed!
Al Scardino was
thanked for the 2 screens he donated for
LIBBA to use for our shows.
A motion was then
made, seconded and passed to end this meeting.
