The Board of Directors and the
Membership of LIBBA wish to acknowledge that it received 180.00 dollars in
donations/contributions to LIBBA in Memory of Frederick R. Scheckenback. These
donations/ Contributions will be utilized to support LIBBA’s mission of
maintaining Beach Vehicle Access and protecting Long Island’s Beaches through
conservation. The donors’ generosity and support of LIBBA is much appreciated
the many surfcasters and other beach users on whose behalf LIBBA represents
their access interest. LIBBA could not continue to do this important function
without supporters like you. On behalf of our Executive Board, the Directors,
and the entire LIBBA membership, please accept our heartfelt thanks for
